At Omppis (Vireo Beverages OÜ), we work to deliver our beverages to you as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the following countries:

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

2. Shipping Rates & Processing

Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination. The final rate is displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our carriers within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Finland & Baltics: Generally 3–7 business days.

Sweden: Generally 5–9 business days.

Disclaimer: All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Omppis is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes (where applicable), or logistics disruptions outside our control.
4. Shipping Format & Carriers
Our products are shipped in durable PET bottles or cans, designed for safe transport. We partner with reliable carriers such as Posti, Itella/Omniva, and DHL to ensure your order reaches you via home delivery or local pickup points/lockers.
5. Tracking & Customer Responsibility

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Pickup Points: In many of our delivery regions, packages are delivered to automated parcel lockers. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and collect the package within the carrier’s storage period.

Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the tracking is marked as "Delivered" or "Available for pickup."
6. Failed Delivery & Return Fees

Incorrect Information: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was not collected from a pickup point or delivery was refused, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping fee as well as the return shipping costs incurred by the carrier. These costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
7. Damaged Goods
While PET and cans are highly durable, accidents can happen.

Reporting: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., leaking or crushed), you must report it to rafael@omppis.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged products and the shipping box.
